RMRK Team Background

Founded in 2020 by Bruno Škvorc, who served as the technical educator for the Web3 Foundation at the time, RMRK started as a passion project and eventually grew into a team of 20 individuals.

The RMRK team serves as both the custodian and primary developer for the open-source Modular NFT standards referred to as RMRK standards. Additionally, they oversee the development of the Skybreach metaverse. As a for-profit company, they specialize in creating products built upon this foundational infrastructure.

RMRK Project Develoment

RMRK Standards, formerly NFTs 2.0, has rebranded to Modular NFTs, introducing versatile building blocks for creative NFT applications. These digital Lego-like modules offer interoperability, extensibility, and collaborative potential. The shift signifies a significant evolution in the NFT space, complemented by dApps like the Singular NFT marketplace, supporting the full set of RMRK modules. Together, they foster creativity and seamless user experiences in the digital realm.
