mWIN is a tokenised investment strategy structured to track the performance of a diversified portfolio managed by Wellington Management. The underlying assets include collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), agency and non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), asset-backed securities (ABS), and investment-grade corporate bonds. The portfolio is managed with an average credit quality of A+ and an effective duration of approximately 0.8 years. mWIN is issued through a Midas Luxembourg Securitisation Vehicle, structured as a multi-compartment vehicle, with Northern Trust as institutional custodian.
